Historic Main Street Crosby is not to be missed! Indulge in local coffee shops, breweries, hand painted murals, cocktail lounge, homemade ice cream, restaurants, rental shops (rent mountain bikes, kayaks, paddlboards, snowshoes, HOK skis and more!)
After a day full of outdoor adventure, you’ll want to unwind and be in desperate need of a cold beer and food. Cuyuna Cove is only a short bike ride (2 min) from downtown Crosby, MN. This historic, old mining town has one spectacular Main Street that’s been revived with new shops, a brewery, rooftop restaurant, ice cream and more! You’ll find bikes and adventure vehicles lining the streets and an electric energy in the air. Cuyuna has acquired some amazing and unique restaurants over the past couple years and there are no signs of stopping. Head to North Country Cafe in the AM for a delicious and hearty Cuyuna breakfast or hit up the roof top at Rafferty’s for a great view of Serpent Lake and then for dinner stop in at Iron Range for a cocktail and dinner. There’s also several other local bars and restaurants serving up karaoke, pool and an overall good vibe. You can also grab food at either of the coffee shops in town if you simply need a bite before heading back out on another adventure.
Whether you’re just waking up with the crisp morning air or getting off the trails after a few hour ride, you’ll definitely want to make time to stop in one of our local coffee shops. Order up your favorite latte with a scone or sandwich and browse the hand designed bike-inspired merchandise located in Red Raven Coffee Shop. It’s a perfect meeting ground and this is also where you’ll rent an insanely nice bike if you don’t have your own. To say we’re lucky to have such an amazing brewery in our small town would be an understatement. We are absolutely thrilled to have access to delicious, hand crafted beer year round. You’ll often find bikes and outdoor gear lined up outside with their riders inside or on the patio enjoying one of the many taps. Bring the whole family or even the dog, this local gem also provides endless board games and even a Foosball table.
